ManaTank hits Fan Expo Canada this Weekend

Only one more sleep before the crazy weekend that is Fan Expo Canada! I will be heading to Toronto to check out what the incredible con has to offer as well as checking in with some ManaTank pals, Michelle Boback, Elias Toufexis, and David Hayter.

Fan Expo Canada does an outstanding job to ensure that every geek is taken care of by organizing guests and events by genre, featuring comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, and gaming. The gaming side of the con has historically been well put together, with a great balance of guests and attractions. Last year had some of the biggest titles available for demo, including Batman: Arkham City, Uncharted 3, Assassin’s Creed Revelations, and StarFox (for the 3DS).

Ubisoft promises demos of Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth, ZombieU, multiplayer components for Far Cry 3 and Assassin’s Creed III, and Just Dance 4. As excited as I am to try out the former titles, I cannot wait to laugh at people dancing. I’m a bad person.

EB Games, the amazing sponsors that they are, are making sure their booth is packed with amazing titles, deals, as well as demos. They will be featuring a demo of Dishonored, which I am oh-so-very excited about. They will also have multiple titles available for pre-order and will be playing hosts with the most to voice actors Elias Toufexis, Shawn Baichoo, Amber Goldfarb, Paula Joan Hixson, and the lovely Michelle Boback

For all of you Halo fans, the cast and crew of Red vs. Blue (did you see what I did there?) will be signing autographs and meeting with fans… and Halo 4 will be available for preview! Although I am not an Xbox user, I am very excited to see the epicness that is Halo 4 and I will try my hardest not to fail while using an Xbox controller.

THQ will be sporting exclusive footage of the much anticipated South Park: The Stick of Truth, Darksiders II, as well as Metro: Last light. Now don’t get me wrong, the follow-up title to Metro 2033 looks to be an awesome post-apocalyptic title, which appeals to my inner prepper, and Darksiders II looks amazing, but South Park… RPG… enough said.

Needless to say, this girl is excited for a fun-filled weekend!
