Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Reveal Trailer

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Reveal Trailer

In my humble opinion, it looks like Treyarch has upped the ante.

We’ve heard the rumors, we’ve seen the screenshots, and we’ve certainly heard the hype, but the wait is finally over. Here is the official Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 reveal trailer.

The only information that’s officially available is that which can be pulled from the video, but that’s still quite a bit! From the looks of it, Black Ops 2, featuring an old Frank Woods, takes place in the near future where the military has grown far too reliant drones, tanks, and other machinery. As could only be expected, the enemy has somehow obtained the proverbial keys to said machinery and has begun to use it for themselves.

The scale of the game appears to have been ramped up quite a few notches, what with all the helicopters crashing into freeways, horseback riding, and myriad of cockpit views and all.

Provided the trailer isn’t entirely comprised of cutscenes, it seems like there will be some more prominent vehicle combat this time around.  I’m going to cross my fingers and hope that we finally get some sort of CoD multiplayer vehicle combat, especially after spotting a fuzzy image on the Call of Duty site titled ‘Quadrotor’.

Whether or not that will ultimately transfer into the multiplayer has yet to be seen, but that wouldn’t really be such a bad thing, now would it?

Check back later as more information becomes available.
