How To Get Into The Assassin’s Creed Revelations Beta

Well, if like me you woke up to an email from Ubisoft out of the blue proclaiming you’d been chosen to take part in the AC: Revelations multiplayer beta, lucky you! If not, I’m here to tell you how you can get access.

Those who were emailed with special codes on the PS3 are those who have played an Ubisoft game before at some point and connected to Ubisoft’s UPlay rewards service.  The service is also available completely for download via the PSN for those who have invested in Playstation Plus. If you aren’t signed up to either of these services, get signing, as that’s the best way for you to get access.

Starting live tomorrow, the beta is to include three maps, four game modes and nine different characters, lasting around a week until Ubisoft pulls the plug. Players will be able to get to grips with the deathmatch, Wanted Modes and Artefact Assault (which is basically capture the flag, AC style).

You can be sure I’ll be playing in this beta (in fact it’s downloading as I write) but will I see you out there and possibly stab you in the face using my cunningly hidden er…hidden blade? Expect my multiplayer beta impressions article at some point over the weekend and keep it right here, on for all your Assassin’s Creedy Needsies.
