If you don’t hit the renegade option when Kai Leng almost stabs you, Shepard dodges out of the way and Leng stabs the computer keyboard and Shepard still turns around and stabs him.
Also, please stop referring to the “readiness” to get the best ending as the percentage. It is NOT the percentage that goes up through multiplayer. The percentage is the percentage of your Effective Military Strength (EMS) that you are able to use towards how the final battle progresses (5000+ for best ending and synthesis).
Oh, I’m sorry. Let me go back in time and change that.
By the way, if you have high enough reputation and meet some other requirements, like saving Koris, and keeping Tali loyal but not exiled in 2, then you can make peace between geth and quarians.
I had both the Geth and Quarian join me.. so yea..
