Found all the fragments, seen all the endings and done everything there is to do in Final Fantasy XIII-2? You’ll just love the new DLC then.
The new DLC pack will release on the 28th of February, retailing for a cost of 400 Microsoft points. It will then release the next day on the PSN, sold for £2.99 ($4.99).
This piece of DLC stars everyone’s favourite afro-donning, Chocobo-chick harbouring character Sazh in a brand new, standalone adventure that apparently runs alongside the storyline of XIII-2. Upon completion, Sazh is also apparently recruitable to your party.
In addition to coming with a new storyline section, the DLC pack also comes with two new card games, playable in the Serendipity Casino. They’re called ChronoBind and Serendipity Poker, but there’s no specifics on what they involve. I imagine poker probably involves playing poker though.
Next week will also see some new DLC for the game, as you’ll be able to download new outfits for both Noel and Serah. The first of these is Noel’s ‘Spacetime Guardian’ outfit and the second is Serah’s ‘Beachwear’ outfit which is clearly an attempt to get people to stare at Serah’s assets. Bet people buy it though! This DLC pack will set you back £1.59 ($2.99).

I plan on getting the Sazh DLC, but I’ll probably wait and hope I can get it at a discount in the future. I’m going through the game at a snail’s pace as it is, so I personally won’t miss out in not getting it right away.
